Social Justice

QuIPP is primarily a queer space. As such, the goal for the work environment at QuIPP is to support justice and equity and to challenge white supremacy. Therapists will be supported in learning, maintaining, and growing in their capacities as culturally-competent, justice-oriented, providers and will be encouraged to value themselves just as much as they value others. Queer folks and people of color are strongly encouraged to apply.

Benefits

QuIPP offers an annual salary with a full package of benefits, including health care, 15 days of paid time-off annually, sick leave, 12 days of annual company holidays, opportunities for continuing education, a supportive network of fellow therapists, opportunity for team-treatment providing greater support for you and your clients.

Though QuIPP therapists will have the freedom to work how they please, there are also opportunities to consult with other QuIPP therapists, receive in-house training that will support your practice and count toward continuing education, and present your own unique skills to contribute to the learning of others. All the freedom of your own practice with access to colleagues…finally an end to the isolation of “private” practice.
